How did you happen to select/end up in your career?

Was working in LA and heard and about a federal law enforement career fair. Went down and after about a year of testing background etc. I got hired. That was 1988, today I am a Supervisory Special Agent.

School Stories: What are your favorite memories of school? Any funny or heartwarming memories you'd like to share? Did you attend college (if so where) ?

Hanging out at the drag, going to Twin Lakes and going to the old Runway when I turned 18.

If you served in the military, where have you lived?

I have lived in South Korea, Japan and Indonesia. Still in the Army Reserve and plan on retiring in 2015.

Do you still have family around Fort Dodge?

No, everybody escaped to the West Coast.

Where else have you lived? How did you happen to move there?

I have moved quite a few times for work. I have lived in LA, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Hawaii and Guam. Currently living in the SF Bay Area.

What do you want to do or accomplish before you "kick the bucket"?

Go to the South Pole and win the lottery.

What are some life lessons you've learned or words of wisdom that have inspired you?

There is a whole world out there, go see it. So glad I made the move after ISU to LA. Give me a whole new perspective on the world.

Any favorite books, movies or vacations that you'd recommend to others?

Favorite vacations have been Sydney, Australia and really like Auckland, NZ. Favorite destination is Seoul, I have been there countless times and never had a bad time. Would also recommend Bali if you get the chance.
