Marty was one of the sweetest guys and so very funny. We worked together at the Burger King in FD when it first opened. I remember after closing he would get on the microphone by the register and sing to us. It was so funny as he would make up words to his songs. He made working there so enjoyable! Marty was a little on the wild side but would have done anything for anyone! Marty was a great friend and is very missed!

I remember when the word of Marty's death spread through FDSH. Everyone was in shock. We could no longer face the world thinking we were indestructible. It forced us all to grow up a little bit.

I first met Marty while playing flag football in 5th grade (and later 6th grade). My elementary school (Hawley) and his (Feelhaver) combined classmates to field a team.
He was fun to be around.
