| How did you happen to select/end up in your career? |
|
I took some secretarial classes in HS. Attended ICCC and Iowa Lakes CC. Received an AA degree in Secretarial/Business. I have done various secretarial jobs ever since graduation. I currently work at Midwest Technology Products in Sioux City, IA and have been there for 16 years.
I married my High School sweetheart and best friend, Greg Horan (St. Ed's) in 1981.

| Do you still have family around Fort Dodge? |

The only family that is still in FD are my in-laws. My Dad retired from Dentistry in Sept 2009 and they recently moved to their lake home on Lake Panorama, IA. My sister, Carol, lives in Cedar Rapids, IA; brother, Doug, lives in Otsego, MN; sister, Gail lives in Platte City, MO. Lake Panorama is centrally located between all of us and we enjoy family get-togethers as often as possible.

Suzanne (Knupp) and Don Sawyer and Ann (Werner) Butler have been great friends throughout the years. I also participate in a "girl's weekend" once a year with Sandy (Hogan) Tilton, Shelly (Nimrod) Rustvold, Linda (Finnegan) Hinshaw, Tammy (Burke '81) Sheker, Sharon (Lennon '79) Mitchell, Sue (Powers '79) Kane, Julie (Harvey - St. Eds) Roethler, Denise (Musselman - St Eds) Flattery. This summer will be our 9th year for "girl's weekend".
